I'm sure Donna is great at dealing with the alcoholics lining up at 9am however when it comes to a more discerning customer she has no idea. She is abrasive, dismissive and has no idea how to deal with anyone who is purchaing anything more than bargin basement six packs and $5 wine. Some serious training required.

I was so pleasantly surprised to have a staff member Olivia help me with my purcahses. She was informative, friendly and very up to date with wine varieties. I will only purchase my wine from her from now. Yes I have asked her for her rostered days on.
